③Communication on translation information:
Our customer service department will communicate with you on the following after receiving your order:
1.      Languages involved, such as from Chinese to English, from German to Chinese
2.      Discipline involved
3.      Translation period
4.      Translation requirements (If you have your own technical terms, please send your glossary of terms to us in order to ensure translation accuracy.)
④Quotation
After learning the details of your order, our customer service department will quote a price based on the estimated number of characters. Our prices are stratified for different translation needs. Please communicate with our customer service department sufficiently to obtain as detailed information as possible.
⑤Confirmation of information and execution of contract
When you have confirmed your communication with our customer service department, both parties will enter into a translation service contract. For the sake of convenience, personal or small orders (less than RMB1,000 in amount) may be executed by e-mail, which is also legally binding.
⑥Down payment under the contract
Translation services are different from other commodities. Once an order is being processed, mental labor has to be incurred, so translation services are not subject to return like other commodities. Before your order is processed, be sure to pay a down payment as the starting fund. Our service commitment is to be professional, timely and accurate.
⑦Order processing
We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your down payment. You may perform a sampling inspection of the translated portion at any time during the translation process so as to ensure quality and avoid any delay due to any mistake in the final submission. We will deliver your order by the agreed time, and calculate the final price based on the actual number of characters.
⑧Submission of translation and payment of balance
Once we have submitted the completed translation to you, you will have to pay the balance by the payment date specified in the contract.
⑨After-sales service and quality warranty
We offer a warranty period of 3 months for all translations. Within 15 days of submission of a translation, we will revise it according to your standard communicated at the beginning and any objection that you may raise within 15 days of submission. After 15 days, our revision will be made on a compensated basis. We will make any minor revision carefully in consideration of the context.
